For the Coleslaw

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white sugar or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, rice wine vinegar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the dressing. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to ensure even seasoning.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, let the coleslaw chill for at least an hour before serving.
