- 1 cup butter, (softened)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 cups finely shredded zucchini
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 ℉.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves and mix until combined.
Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
