  • 4 spinach tortillas, or any type of tortilla
  • 4 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup reduced-sugar craisins
  • ½ medium granny smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Method
 

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
  2. Evenly top each with spinach, Craisins, apple, turkey, and feta cheese.
  3. Roll them up tightly and serve.
