- 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (30 ounce, cubed or shredded)
- 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounce)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 package herb-seasoned stuffing mix (6 ounce)
