Beef and Seasoning
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
Potatoes and Seasoning
- 1½ pounds baby yukon gold potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Additional Ingredients
- 1 large onion, roughly chopped
- ½ cup butter, cubed
Season the beef. Season the beef stew meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
