  • 6 red potatoes, medium, cut into half inch chunks
  • teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet (either a non-stick or cast iron skillet), heat olive oil over medium heat.
