- 2 pounds fresh carrots, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Place an inch of water in a saucepan and add carrots.
