Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups quick oats

Method
 

  1. Combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly and bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the salt, vanilla and peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  4. Add oats and mix until full incorporated.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls or using a cookie dough scoop onto foil or waxed paper.
  6. Let cool before eating.
