Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 18 ounces Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (1 bottle)
  • ½ cup water

Method
 

  1. Grease the bottom of the Instant Pot with olive oil. Add the chicken to the pot and season with sea salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Pour the bbq sauce over the chicken. Do not stir. Add water to the bottom of the instant pot.
  3. Cook the chicken on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes before removing from the Instant Pot.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
