Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 18 ounces Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (1 bottle)
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Grease the bottom of the Instant Pot with olive oil. Add the chicken to the pot and season with sea salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the bbq sauce over the chicken. Do not stir. Add water to the bottom of the instant pot.
  • Cook the chicken on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes before removing from the Instant Pot.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
