- Grease the bottom of the Instant Pot with olive oil. Add the chicken to the pot and season with sea salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the bbq sauce over the chicken. Do not stir. Add water to the bottom of the instant pot.
- Cook the chicken on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes before removing from the Instant Pot.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
