Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup bleu cheese dressing

Method
 

  1. Marinade large shrimp in 1/3 cup buffalo sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together remaining buffalo sauce and butter.
  3. Skewer shrimp, and grill over medium heat for 2-4 minutes on each side, brushing with butter and buffalo sauce mixture, until cooked through.
  4. Dip in bleu cheese dressing.
