Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 10.75 ounces tomato soup, 1 can, divided
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, onion, oats, ketchup, salt and pepper, 1/2 can tomato soup, and 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Press mixture into a 9×5-inch bread pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine remaining 1/2 can tomato soup, brown sugar, and 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; pour over top of loaf.
  5. Bake for 90 minutes.
