- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 10.75 ounces tomato soup, 1 can, divided
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, onion, oats, ketchup, salt and pepper, 1/2 can tomato soup, and 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
Press mixture into a 9×5-inch bread pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining 1/2 can tomato soup, brown sugar, and 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; pour over top of loaf.
Bake for 90 minutes.
