- 16 ounces gnocchi 1 package
- ⅕ cup onion finely diced
- ½ Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup prepared basil pesto
Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in olive oil until it becomes clear.
