- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon grated orange zest
- ⅓ cup Craisins
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 ounces crescent roll dough, 1 package
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, butter, maple syrup and orange zest.
Spread the brown sugar mixture in the bottom of a round 8 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle craisins and pecans over top.
Remove crescent roll dough from the can, do nut unroll the dough.
Slice the dough into 12 equal slices measuring about 1/2 inch thick.
Dip each slice on both sides into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Place in pan on top of the brown sugar layer. Sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon on top.
Bake in oven for about 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately invert onto a plate after removing from the oven. Serve warm.
