Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 12 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 3 clementine oranges peeled and separated
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey

Method
 

  1. Combine spinach leaves, oranges, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries in a large bowl.
  2. Top your salad with chopped walnuts and feta cheese crumbles.
  3. In a medium size bowl, whisk together orange juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the salad dressing over the salad before serving and toss to coat.
