- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
Preheat oven to 450℉.
Wash and peel sweet potatoes.
Cut sweet potatoes into fries or wedges.
Place cut sweet potatoes in a large resealable bag and add the rest of the ingredients to the bag.
Seal the bag and shake until all of the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
